Previously, there was no requirement for a login prompt code when accessing the platform, but this has recently changed. I understand that this adjustment was made to enhance security, which is certainly important. However, I work with multiple clients who are subscribed to Descript, and frequently switching accounts has become quite cumbersome. Each time I need to log in, I have to ask my clients for the prompt code, which can be quite irritating for them. Unfortunately, clients are generally reluctant to share their personal email addresses with me for security reasons, which further complicates the situation, as I cannot access the login codes myself. Is it possible to designate the devices we use as trusted devices? This would streamline the process and alleviate the frustrations for both me and my clients, ultimately improving our workflow. Having to bypass the login prompt code would help our workflow run smoothly.
