Display Chapter Titles in Embedded Side Bar

I know Chapters can be viewed by hovering over the playbar, but it's sometimes missed by our viewers.
The feedback, and what I've seen from other services, is that a more intuitive place for the Chapters to be listed would be where the transcript can be viewed, in the expandable left side bar (at the top).

It would be nice to be able to post the link to my Descript videos and have a menu option on the left with tabs so that people could just press the tab and skip ahead in the video very easily and efficiently instead of scrolling through the script or having to click the bottom timeline bar. It would be nice to have a menu option that they could just skip ahead to for certain chapters that they need.
