The shorten word gaps feature got bad after the update. Grays out parts that speaker was actually talking and includes those in the cuts which makes the whole thing useless. I can't use it to wipe all the word gaps like before. Can you please fix it?

What is it? and how does that work? 1 credit how much is on time?

Have a changelog where on one screen you can see what edits were done, how long it took, and all editing related activities for a specific episode. This helps when training new editors as well as to review overall team performance.

Add option to select multiple projects to delete or export instead of one by one.

I think currently the assumption is that the project by default would be a multi speaker environment very podcast oriented where each track contains its own audio. However there might be cases where its just multiple camera angles of the same scenario where audio tracks may be used as backup or to sync feeds. Descript pops this message about microphone bleed but instead of just that message it should say is it bleed or do you want to use it for synching sources. That would increase functionality. I have not found a way just to click on the source i want to show. Like just letting the video play and click on track 1 2 or 3 to say which camera angle I want shown. It seems that i need to go inside the sequence an manually make cutouts of what i whant out and what i want shown. The only multitrack instructional video I have found assumes a podcast scenario.

when editing a video i used to use the blade tool to cut out long pauses or just whenever i wanted to manually cut something and i would choose the beginning and end cut and it would auto highlight the section i was cutting out so i could easily press the backspace to remove it. with the new update that auto highlighting feature was removed so now i have to change tools and click the section to get rid of it. it was much easier before and i was used to it, i would really like at least a setting so i can change it back.

Currently I use 1 video with 2 seperate audio sources. It would be nice to be able to zoom in on my face and on the other speakers face and have it switch between people when they are speaking automatically. Multicam is very complicated at the moment.
