The new timeline is ON
Starting today, we’re toggling the new timeline experience ON in Labs for everyone.
If you haven’t had a chance to try it yet: We've completely redesigned the timeline to make video editing simpler and more intuitive. The new timeline gives you a clearer view of your video and makes it faster to trim, split, and add scenes directly from the timeline.
To open the new timeline, hover over the solid grey bar above the play button and use your mouse to drag it
up
.This update comes with so many small changes and improvements we recommend that you view the video above as well our help center article to get acquainted.
- Scene rail has been removed:Scenes now live inside the timeline, creating a more streamlined editing experience.
- Script thumbnails:Scenes are now represented in the script with visual thumbnail images instead of slashes, making it easier see the timing of visuals at a glance.
- Simplified timeline indicators:Comments, audio, and other elements are now shown with icons placed directly in the timeline where they occur, improving visibility and context.
- New split button:Add scenes and split clips or layers with a single click, speeding up your editing workflow.

Release Version 115
AI video maker updates
We’ve made a few improvements to the AI video maker, which you can find on the Home screen. Here’s what’s new:
- You can now upload an audio file to start you AI video maker project.
- For files that you upload yourself, we will use Edit for clarity, remove filler words, and shorten word gaps by default.
You can try it right now by clicking here.

Improved image generation
We’re using a new and improved image generator when you select “Generate an image” from the Underlord panel on the sidebar. You’ll see an overall improvement in the quality of images. This has not yet been ported over to the AI video maker, so keep in mind you’ll be seeing images generating from the older image generation model when using that tool—for the time being.

Drive invite links
We no longer support invite links to Drive, instead we’ve improved the experience for email invites. This helps keep Drive invites more organized and easier to track whether or not they have been accepted.
Avatar update
- We've added new, more realistic Avatars to the gallery to give you more variety in your avatar videos.

- You can now select a Custom speaker from the main Assign speaker menu when creating an Avatar for your project.

New in Labs—a new Timeline experience
We’re rolling out a fully redesigned, and reconsidered Timeline view in Labs this week. Labs is our testing ground for new and exciting features that are still in development. You can toggle on this new Timeline experience by opening the Settings menu → General → and scrolling down to the Labs section.

The new timeline comes with many changes, which is why we’re putting it in Labs for users to get acquainted, and to allow more time for testing and polish.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The scene rail has been removed, and replaced with a visual timeline made up of thumbnails broken up by scene.
- Slashes to mark Scenes in the script have been replaced with thumbnails. These thumbnails also are smartly selected to better represent the visual content of that scene.
- There’s a new Split button (keyboard shortcut ‘S’) that works on both Scenes and Clips, so you can add splits with a single click.
- The timeline toolbar is now under Advanced Timeline Tools - you can toggle this on in the settings menu to the right of the playback controls.

You can read more about all the changes in our help center, including a video walkthrough from Andrew.

Release Version 114
New in Home—AI video maker
We’ve re-built and relabeled our AI video maker adding a host of new features including Avatars, automatic layouts, captions, titles, scenes and even b-roll.
Select AI video maker from the Home screen to get started. From here you can start generating your video by:
- Uploading a file
- Generating from a prompt
- Pasting in a pre-written Script
If you select either
Generate from prompt
, or Paste in a script
you’ll first select an Avatar to be your presenter, along with an AI speaker to voice it. If you select “Upload a file” - we’ll take you straight to generating b-roll, or auto-selecting stock media for your b-roll. Once you’ve made your selections, the video will start generating, and you can either Export immediately, or dive in and edit it. If you’re using a pre-recorded video, but prefer an Avatar, you can always swap it out inside the project.
This tool is a great way to bring a quick idea to life, or just try out Descript’s editing features with no barrier to entry in terms of having an idea or pre-recorded material.
Screen recorder updates

Development of our new Screen recorder is moving forward. This week, we’re removing the Beta label.
Even more updates are coming to the screen recorder, so stay tuned.
Custom speaker quality improvements
Back in February, we rolled out major improvements to speaker quality to our Business and Enterprise users. We have improved the quality even more and are deploying both sets of improvements to all users in the coming weeks. You should notice a higher overall audio quality with better, more natural delivery. This also means that we will soon be fully deprecating custom speakers made with our very old models. These are labeled as "Removing soon" in the AI Speakers menu in Drive view. If you’re still using one, you’ll want to create a new custom speaker with the upgraded models by 6/30/2025. You can do this by clicking the "New speaker" button in the top right of the AI speakers menu in Drive view.
Editor updates
- Adding a new stock speaker to projects that already have avatars in them will now ask if you want to add an avatar to the newly added speaker.
- Blank compositions will hide the Scene editor until content is added for a cleaner blank page experience.
- We’ve removed the Labs option to toggle off Regenerate in the toolbar.
General bug fixes
- Fixed a bug where correcting the transcript would make avatars go out of sync.
- Fixed a bug in the “Assign avatar” modal that let you click on "Assign avatar" without having one selected.
- Fixed a bug resulting in "Error when changing the text" when trying to Create Clips in a composition with hidden placeholder layers.
- Fixed a bug causing transcription glossary to not auto-correct words when transcribing.
- Fixed a bug causing video layers to disappear in some translated compositions.
- Fixed a bug causing “error changing text” when pasting between some compositions.
- Fixed a crash resulting in "Singular matrix detected, cannot reliably invert” error message.
Rooms bug fixes
- Fixed a broken link in the stalled upload modal that was supposed to go to the help center.
- Fixed a bug causing upload dialog boxes to overlap.
- Fixed a bug resulting in backups not being transferred to the media library.
- Fixed a bug showing a cancel option next to completed uploads.
- Fixed a performance issue in the people tab.
- Made the upload percentage in people tab more accurate for non-host participants.
- Fixed a bug preventing late joining users from selecting a backup file.
- Fixed alignment issues on the partial upload dialog box. Full guest names can be seen by hovering the mouse over the name.

Release Version 112
A new Home in Drive view

We're excited to introduce a new Home screen in Drive view, making it easier than ever to start your next project. When you open Descript, you'll find a streamlined landing page with quick-start options for all your creation needs - whether you want to edit a video, make a podcast, create social clips, transcribe a file, clean up audio, or remove backgrounds.
The new Home screen is designed to help you find what you need faster, including a Recent projects view. You'll also discover our popular features front and center, including Translation & dubbing capabilities. These will rotate over time as new features are introduced.
The hope with this update is to remove the uncertainty of a blank page project and putting the full power of Descript at your fingertips from the moment you open the app. The new Home screen is rolling out to all users in version 112.
Text-to-AI Video
A few weeks back we created a new AI Video maker in the ChatGPT store. This tool automatically generates a video explainer on a topic of your choosing, with customizable style and tone. Now, we’ve brought this experience into the app, available from the new Home screen, so you can create narrated, illustrated video with just a few clicks. It’s a great way to experiment with the tools Descript has to offer, or make a quick piece of content for easy sharing.
A new look for the Editor recorder
We're introducing a redesigned Editor recorder experience in version 112. The recorder now lives in the play dock instead of the sidebar, making it more accessible within your workflow. When recording with an empty script, the recorder takes up your full screen for better focus. If there's content in your script, you can see it while recording - the recorder will only occupy the Scene Editor area. The redesign aims to make recording more intuitive and accessible, integrating seamlessly with your workflow while maintaining visibility of important content during recording sessions.
- The recorder has moved from the sidebar to the Play dock.
- When working in an empty script, the recorder will be in full screen mode.
- Once you have content in the script, the recording preview will occupy the Scene-editor (formerly known as the Canvas.)
A new look for Scenes—Stable frame
Stable frame is a new feature that intelligently positions the playhead to show the most representative frame when selecting scenes or layers. When clicking on scenes from the scene rail or script boundary, or layers from the canvas, the system accounts for animations and scene transitions to display the most stable and useful frame (i.e. one that is not in the middle of animating.)
These stable frames will also be used for the Scene thumbnail to make scene rail more useful as a visual representation of the storyboard or through line of your project.
This enhancement addresses a common user pain point where the playhead might land mid-animation, resulting in a confusing or unclear view of the scene.
New in Elements—placeholder layers

We’ve added two new placeholder layer types to the Elements panel for Camera and Screen video. These will to help you keep your project organized as you’re assembling layouts, and make it easier to remember where you will eventually place your content.
The three placeholder layer types are now labeled:
- Media - for b-roll and other types of background media.
- Camera - for your single speaker video layers.
- Screen - for any screen recordings.
You can adjust these layers like any other Scene element, applying animations or transitions. Once you're ready to add your media, you can do so from the Scene-editor → Add media.
Editor updates
- The Add layer button on the Selection toolbar is back, and has its own icon.

- We restored the Previous scene, and Next scene buttons to the playback controls, in our previous update, these icons were removed for some users.
- We’ve made improvements to the responsiveness of text entry when working with text layers like Titles. There should be less input delay.
- Since some have asked: we do not yet have the ability to bring back Import from YouTube, but are working on it and will update you as soon as we know more.
Rooms updates
Here's what's new in Rooms:
- We’ve added a new progress meter for post-recording file uploads.

- We’ve improved participant upload status visibility in Project View.
- We’ve streamlined handling of stalled uploads - only showing stalled participants after other uploads complete.
- We’ve added a red notification badge for new chats.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the wordless media preference toggle didn’t apply to new projects
- Fixed a bug causing a “rendered range for component not found” error when trimming clips
- Fixed a bug causing corner rounding to be removed after flipping image horizontally
- Fixed a bug preventing Layout preview thumbnails from appearing
- Fixed a bug resulting in “clip not found” errors after Timeline export
- Fixed a bug causing Create clips to fail when the same file is present twice in a composition
- Improved error messaging when too many transcriptions are requested at once

Release Version 110
Record button in Drive view
There is a new Record button accessible from Drive view. This will open a project with the recorder open, or take you to Rooms when you select Record with others. We added this to make it easier to find our recording capabilities and give users an even faster way to get started.

Publish becomes Export
We’re reposting this from version 109 as we have ramped this change up to 100% of users. A few of the details have also changed so it is worth taking a quick review:
The "Publish" button has been renamed to Export and the selection panel has been rearranged. All of the available options work as they did before but the names are slightly different, for reference:
- The main button is has been relabeled from PublishtoExport.
- The Descript (web link)option will create a Descript share page, if you were mainly using the “Publish” option before, you’ll useDescript (web link)option going forward. This is the first option on the dropdown menu.
- To export the file directly to your device, use the Local downloadoption from the dropdown menu. If you were mainly using the “Export”option in the past, you’ll useLocal downloadgoing forward.

Editor updates
- We have removed the Correction wizard. This was an outdated and under supported tool for making Script corrections. Very few users engaged with it and all the improvements we’ve made to general correction tools have made it obsolete.
- In the past, using Re-transcribe file would use your transcription balance. This is no longer the case, any Re-transcribing a file for any reason will notresult in transcription time being used.
Import from YouTube
We unfortunately had to remove the Import from YouTube option due to changes on Google's end. We are not yet sure if we will be able to bring this feature back but we will keep you updated when we know more.
Rooms—out of Beta
Rooms, our new collaborative recording experience is out of Beta and ready for general use.
And we’ve added nice new features including more control for hosts and a network health indicator.
Here are the updates we made to collaborative recording with Rooms in v110.
- We added a some new notifications for hosts when a guest has a less-than-stellar connection, or when their upload progress is lagging.

- Guests will now be auto ejected if all of the call owners leave for longer than 2 minutes.
- Rooms will now display upload progress for guests during recordings which can be view from the People tab.
- We added a username display to the guests camera card when their camera is off.
- We fixed a bug effecting echo cancellation.
- We fixed a bug causing upload state to exceed 100% erroneously.
Email verification requirements
We will soon require all users to verify their email address in order to continue using Descript. This should not effect as vast majority of users, who have already verified their email address. However, if you have not yet verified, you’ll receive a banner warning asking you to verify your email address. Please do so a quickly as possible to prevent any interruption when we do eventually enforce this requirement.
Local file storage
Many users have already been moved to an upgraded version of the Desktop application. This newer version provides a host of benefits that improve performance and playback speed. It also completely eliminates the need to store project files locally.
When the upgraded version is downloaded, any files that haven’t finished uploading will be stored for you in a local folder so you can retrieve them as needed.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug causing the cursor to get stuck when adjusting keyframes
- Fixed a bug causing slide-fades to apply to all clips
- Fixed a bug forcing users to reinstall after updating the app
- Fixed a bug causing local exports to be a black screen
- Fixed a bug preventing the dialog box from changing from Correct to Remove in the word search tool
- Fixed a bug causing waveforms to disappear when zoomed out.

Release Version 109
Descript Version 109 features two important changes to terminology that coincide with polish we've added since launching our new Layout picker in the last update. Here's what you need to know:
Canvas becomes Scene Editor
We’ve renamed the main visual editing space in Descript from “Canvas” to Scene editor. This relabeling is to help illustrate the relationship between:
- Layouts — the visual content in a section of your video
- Scenes — sections of your video that have unique layouts

While the term Canvas may be somewhat common in video editing — we’re asking you once again to rewire your brain a tiny bit: Scenes are like different sets in a play, and the Scene editor is where you stage them up.
Only the wording has changed, this will not effect any existing workflows but it’s an important change to be aware of for navigating the app.
Publish becomes Export
Some users will notice that the "Publish" button has been renamed to Export and the selection panel has been rearranged. All of the available options work as they did before but the names are slightly different, for reference:
- The main button is has been relabeled from PublishtoExport.
- The Descript (default)option will create a Descript share page, if you were mainly using the “Publish” option before, you’ll useDescript (default)option going forward. This is the first option on the dropdown menu.
- To export the file directly to your device, use the Local download option from the dropdown menu. If you were mainly using the “Export”option in the past, you’ll use Localdownloadgoing forward.

This change will be rolling out slowly. As of now, 50% of users will see the new
Export
button, and increase over the next few weeks. If you’re not seeing it just yet, keep any eye out.Editor updates
- We’ve added some helpful decoration to the toolbars to show you how many current effects, animations, or transitions are currently applied, shading over already applied effects in dropdown menus and more subtle changes to make it easier to read your layer setting from the toolbars.

- Audio and video effects now both have “above the fold” effects listed, and off by default. This is just to help make these features and other effects easier to find.
- We’ve made some backend improvements to Text-to-speech generation. They will now generate faster and produce a higher quality output.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug preventing transitions from transferring when moving a Scene
- Fixed a "Location not available" error that occurred when opening the Timeline Export folder.
- Fixed an issue where the error "Cannot call an event handler while rendering" appeared when accessing the Desktop app.
- Fixed an issue where text background colors didn't follow fade parameters.
- Fixed an issue causing visual artifacts to appear in exported video files.
- Fixed an issue where scrolling/zooming in the Sequence editor caused the Composition timeline to zoom unintentionally.
- Fixed an issue causing Studio Sound to fail consistently.
- Fixed a bug where Rooms/Recording projects appeared successful but remained stuck on "Initializing transcription."
- Fixed an issue where effects were not audible in editor playback but were present in exported/published files.
- Fixed an "Attempting to Decode Unknown Reference" error when using or opening layouts.
- Fixed an issue preventing users from exporting compositions.
- Fixed a bug where Green Screen didn't work when Layer Border was enabled.
- Fixed an issue where stalled transcriptions were not marked as failures.
- Fixed a bug where clips couldn't be created from non-English transcripts.
- Fixed an issue where .RTF Transcript exports included unwanted formatting when copied to the clipboard.

Release Version 108
Improvements to working with Scenes and Layouts
We’ve made some big changes to working with Scenes and adding Layouts. First, you’ll notice that the term “template” has been replaced with the term Layout pack. A Layout pack contains individual layouts which are organized by Scene-type (i.e. Title, Lower Third, 3-camera etc.)
As a refresher, Scenes are divisions in your timeline that represent changes to your visual layout.

We’ll preselect a default layout pack, but you can click Change layout pack to visit the Gallery, view your Private custom layout packs, or view packs available from your Drive. Each layout has a number of different styles that you can view by hovering over the Layout card and clicking See More.

There’s a handy search bar, and we pre-filter your layouts to only show layouts that match the amount of layers in your composition (i.e. If you only have 1 camera file, we won’t show multicam layouts unless you toggle off the filter.)
The 3-dot menu on this panel these options:
Save scene as new layout
Copy layout
Paste layout
Reset layout (removes all non-script layers)
Please note that these changes are rolling out to users over the next two weeks.
If you don’t see them right away, you will by the time version 109 is released. Scene toolbar
We’ve added a new Scene toolbar under the Canvas anytime a scene is selected. You can use it to swap layouts on the fly, adjust transitions, or add backgrounds to your scene. This toolbar also shows the current layout-type for easy reference
If you’re having deja vu, this was announced and rolled back a few months ago.

Add scene in Script toolbar
There is also an option to Add scene from the Script toolbar. This will take you straight into the new Layout picker panel so you can quickly build your project from scratch before you’ve added any content or quickly apply layouts to you script by highlighting each scene-to-be.

New Layout packs
We’ve refreshed our collection of premade Layout packs (FKA templates,) adding newly designed packs, redesigned packs, and removing some layout packs that simply won’t be missed.

Here are some of the new packs, which sound tasty and look great:
Berlin carrot
Helsinki blueberry
Luxembourg celery
Lisbon tofu
Shanghai blackberry
Casablanca clementine
You can locate the gallery by clicking "Change layout pack" from the scene panel.
Smart Transitions
With all the updates to working with Scenes and Layouts, we’ve added a new type of Transition animation that was created to save you mountains of time. Smart transitions apply automatically to all visual layers in a scene, and select appropriate crossfades, zooms, wipes etc. to the Scene transition. This transition effect comes applied automatically to some of our default layout packs, or you can add it manually from the Scene panel on the sidebar.
Translated dubbing and captions support for Chinese, Japanese and Korean
You can now create translated dubbing and captions for Chinese (Mandarin,) Japanese, and Korean. These are in the same list along side our existing translation options. These languages also feature native sounding speakers for Business and Enterprise plans.
Eye contact
Eye contact - our tool that draws the speakers eyes to the camera at all times - is now out of Beta. This just means that we’ve observed the number of bugs and other errors to be low enough that the feature is considered stable. As an added benefit, this effect now processes instantly when using the Web or upgraded Desktop version of Descript.
Editor updates
- You can now add transition effects at a clip level when you add a cross fade and click for more options. This was initially the result of a bug, but due to some users mentioning it had a utility, we implemented it as a feature.

- The Labs toggle for Smart Transitions has been removed as the feature is now live for all users.
- You can toggle on Smart Transitions for All scenes in the Settings menu. This option is in Beta which means you could encounter bugs or other unexpected behavior while using it.
Exclusive to Business and Enterprise users — improved custom AI speakers
Business an Enterprise users will be getting an improved training model when generating AI speakers. This updated and improved model creates more natural sounding custom AI speakers. Any existing voices will be retrained using the new speaker model so the benefits are back-ported.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug where moving a scene wasn't updating its associated scene transitions correctly
- Fixed a bug causing speaker labels to disappear when using TTS
- Fixed a bug resulting in “Error changing text” when editing a project
- Fixed a bug causing delete to function as backspace
- Fixed a “no frames were encoded” when exporting by markers
- Fixed a crash when moving clips between layers
- Fixed a bug causing sync errors when publishing video with Eye Contact
- Fixed a bug preventing Drive admins from adding projects without being granted project access

Release Version 107
Easier to use text boxes

We’ve made some major improvements to working with Text elements like captions and overlays.
Here are the details:
- The text bounding box will now dynamically expand as text is entered. In the past, the size of the box stayed the same regardless of the size or amount of text present.
- When text reaches the end of the canvas, it will now wrap to a new line instead of going out of bounds. The box will automatically expand its height as well.
- There is a new mode selector for a Automated text bounding box size or fixed bounding box size.
- You can choose a fixed text box size if you prefer to further customize your background colors on the Layer panel on the sidebar
- Any background colors will automatically adhere to the text bounding box dimensions.
- These changes will automatically apply to any previous projects, so you won’t need to make any adjustments by hand.
And finally, adding periods to abbreviations and numbers will no longer add a line break to captions. This would normally be in the bug fixes section, but it was such a long standing issue that we thought you’d like to know that it is finally fixed.
Auto-detect transcription language

Descript now automatically detects and transcribes the correct language of your audio, making it easier to work with content in different languages. When uploading new files, "Auto" is now the default language option in the transcription settings.
Existing users who have already set their preferred transcription language won't be affected by this change. You can still manually select a specific language from the dropdown menu in the transcription settings, or set a specific default language in the general Settings menu.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug causing the lock icon to remain next to ungenerated TTS even after upgrading subscription to add text-to-speech minutes
- Fixed a bug preventing text-to-speech errors from appearing after generation failure
- Fixed a long-standing bug where custom animations were not correctly accounting for a sequence's custom clip speed

Release Version 104
New in Translation — batch translation and recommended voices
Translation in multiple languages can now be done all at once with this handy dropdown.

Your translations will then be available from within the composition view using the dropdown menu in the upper left corner of the Composition. When using this for captions-only, the completion time is extremely fast.

If you go back for more translations, we’ll mark any languages you’ve already generated with a green dot.

If you submit a new translation for one of existing languages, it will overwrite it with a new version. This will also overwrite any corrections you’ve made. We’ll show this warning just in case.

We hope to add the option to export translations in batches in the future as well.
Recommended translation voices for dubbing
There are new high quality stock speakers available exclusively for dubbing in our 4 supported languages: French, Italian, German, and Spanish

These new stock voices, provided by 11Labs are designed for the target language, and will provide much better results than our standard sock voices when working with a non-English language translation. These voices will be rolling out slowly, but you should have access by the end of this week.
Note: These new voices are available on Business and Enterprise plans only.
New in Labs — Smart transitions
We’ve added a new feature to Labs called Smart transitions. This is a new style of transition that can be added between scenes. This is a powerful tool for transitioning between different layouts, as smart transition will smoothly rearrange, zoom, and fade elements on the fly.

Add fades ON: Fades are added between non-contiguous layers (i.e. two separate clips.) Fades will NOT be added in contiguous clips that cross the scene barrier.
Add fades OFF: We will not fade any layers.
We’re excited to get some early feedback on this feature so please give it a try and let us know what you think using the Feedback button in the Settings → Labs menu.
New Desktop experience
Descript’s new Desktop experience is also available from the Labs menu. This new desktop app put the speed and performance improvements of our web version into a local package. If you’ve been using the Desktop preview, this is the soon-to-be-final version.
Be among the first to switch over and enjoy the benefits.

Editor updates
- We added the ability to adjust the color and width properties on Borders when using animations.
- We made improvements to manipulating fades when both an fade in / fade out keyframe is present on the same track. These should be easier to grab and bugs related to the position of the keyframe indicators are fixed.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug causing volume keyframes to be misplaced in the Timeline
- Fixed a bug where "copy layout" didn't include tracks starting outside of the selected scene
- Fixed a bug causing mouse over text for two adjacent fades in the same layer to have flipped time values
- Fixed a bug with related to deleting payment methods
- Fixed a bug causing Rooms recordings to go missing from the final project
- Fixed a bug causing flatten tracks to deliver an audio-only file
- Fixed a bug causing text element to get stuck on “loading font”
- Fixed a bug resulting in "Cannot export: Codec reclaimed due to inactivity” error

Release Version 102
Subscription management and checkout update
A few weeks ago we announced a new and improved web-based checkout system. We initially rolled it out to 50% of our users. We have now made it available to all users. When purchasing or editing a subscription, you will be taken to a web browser with an improved interface making it clearer what will change and the associated costs.

The Subscription panel has been split into two segments:
- Preferences: for adjusting Drive settings such as Drive icon and Drive name
- Subscription: for managing subscription plan, and adding or removing card details
Replace media on the Canvas toolbar
There is now an option to Replace media when using the Canvas toolbar. This is a quick way to swap out a layer, especially when you have a layer that was imported from a layout. You can select from Project files, Backgrounds, Stock Media, and more.
You can also access this option from the right-click menu next on any Layer.

Text-to-speech loading improvements
We’ve made some changes to the loading state when AI Text to Speech is being generated.
You’ll no longer see indistinct pulsing text — instead there’s a new loading indicator that appears the moment you click “Done writing” and submit your text for generation. A checkmark will appear as soon as it completes loading and is ready for playback.

We’ve also added an option to Regenerate AI Speech to the right click menu if you’d like to get a different take on it.
Other editor tweaks
- We reworded the shorten word gaps feature to be more clear. It will onlysearch for gaps longer than the input value (i.e. a value of 1 second will only search for gaps of 1.01 or longer.)
- Our partnership with Unsplash has ended for the time being, and as a result their library has been removed from the Stock panel.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug causing Repair Audio drift to fail on m4a files
- Fixed an issue preventing color adjustment from working when green screen is enabled
- Fixed a bug where the timeline hand tool was moving the playhead when it shouldn't
- Fixed a bug causing Reset Layers to hide all visible layers
- Fixed a bug causing Normalize effect to disappear from menus after toggling off Studio Sound
- Fixed a bug preventing Studio Sound from being applied to files in Timeline Exports
- Fixed an issue with hidden speaker labels when opening a project
- Fixed a bug preventing Gap clips from being added between two script tracks
- Fixed an issue preventing CMD/CTRL + S from working in Sequence view
