Add a timeline export endpoint to the Descript API and CLI, running through the headless worker (similar to Agent and Publish). It should support the same timeline-export options shown in the UI (excluding media export), and return the raw XML/EDL file with the appropriate content-type header — similar to the existing transcript export API.
