If you're working from a single track (i.e. all speakers in one flat file) it would be great to still be able to adjust the audio and tie it to the speaker labels. For example, if one speaker is sounding quite tinny, I could adjust their levels across the whole track by pinning that effect to the speaker label, so it would only affect their portions. I can't even begin to explain how much time this would save me!

Built at Telethon — you'll be able to apply EQ and compression effects per speaker label, so each person in your recording gets their own audio treatment. Demo: https://share.descript.com/view/sdxvXhXf1jp
Note: pending QA and subject to change before release.
