Add a credits balance to the main interface

Please, don't make me have to go to home > dashboard > settings > usage to check my credits balance! those 4 clicks could be... none! It's a simple yet very useful interface improvement.

Confirming officially:

We've added an opt-in toggle if you'd like a live readout of your usage at all times. (Thanks Liz)

Just launched this feature. Now under your General Settings there is an option to "Always Show Usage Info" which will pop up your remaining credits/minutes on the top bar. Is "off" by default, but now every user can choose if they want to see it or not! (note: its already always on for free drives, and will never show on Enterprise drives)
