In multiple projects and compositions, scene zoom/transition state becomes stuck or desynchronized. The UI may display 100% while the stored contentScale is different. Selecting No Transition or another transition does not reliably replace the existing Smart Transition. In one reproducible instance, a copy/edit operation created a zero-duration scene at the boundary with conflicting transition references, including the same Smart Transition ID having different durations on adjacent scene records. Reset Crop can also progressively increase the apparent zoom while continuing to display 100%. This has now occurred repeatedly across separate compositions/projects.
