I've found that a lot of talents and/or guests feel more comfortable being able to see the producer, I found that it helps to set them at ease being able to see a face, opposed to it being like they are just on the phone.

Currently, the producers just join as a host and just mute/un-mute when required, but it would be good to have a video feed for those not being recorded as well.
