Transition UI improvements

Currently there are a number of issues with the transition clip transition UI that are friction points:
- When rolling over the transition handle, the tool tip that comes up is directly below the handle and actually makes it a little difficult to see and select the handle. It would be better if the tool tip were 5-10 pixels lower.
- When the transition dialog is brought up, the only way to dismiss it is to click either in the script or in the video preview. Clicking in the timeline does not dismiss it, which creates a lot of friction in the editing flow if I'm editing the timeline.
- It would be very useful to have a key equivalent to insert a transition at the cursor and an accompanying preference to set what the length of the video and audio transition is for that default. Final Cut Pro has this and it's extremely useful.
