When making a selection on the timeline, if I click a generated selection, and that selection goes off-screen, the app automatically selects everything before or after my intended selection, instead of just what I’m trying to select. This makes precise editing difficult. It would be great if the selection only included only the section that is clicked, not everything off-screen.

An example of this is if I'm trying to select a fairly long section that has no sound. Descript will create a section of that no-sound for easy removal, but if I am not zoomed out enough, it will select everything that is before or after what's off-screen, if that section is not 100% in view.
