I reencode my video so that descript accepts it. i edit it for a few hours and buy the platform upgrades. when i go to export it gives me the demux error. why would the program accept my video file and let me work on if it already knows it wont be able to be exported. it makes the ease of the product meaningless as it creates extra work for the end user. after all of this i could have just finished it in sony vegas. its disappointing because i wanted a helpful editor, but i have to do just as much personal work myself and now - redo it all.
