Love what you're doing with nonprofit support - it's wonderful to see a company that cares about organizations making a positive impact. I wanted to share some feedback from the nonprofit podcasting space. The current nonprofit features, while appreciated, can feel a bit limited for organizations that are producing weekly content or have seen growth in their podcast projects.

There's a growing community of nonprofits that have really embraced podcasting as a powerful tool for their missions - some are publishing weekly shows, building substantial audiences, and creating meaningful impact through audio storytelling. These organizations have essentially "beaten the odds" and proven they can create sustainable, professional-quality content.

Would Descript consider offering a middle-tier option for these growing nonprofit podcasters? Something that provides access to more advanced features at a philanthropic price point - not quite the full commercial rate, but recognizing that these organizations need more robust tools than the basic nonprofit tier provides.

It seems like there's a real opportunity to support nonprofits that have demonstrated commitment and growth in their podcasting efforts, while still maintaining sustainable pricing for your business.
