Speech speed too fast, 0.75 too slow

The stock voices are sometimes too fast but playback at 0.75 is way too slow. If there were more options this would make slowing the speed a useable feature.

It would be nice to have another speed 0.9 on the dropdown

I type the speed 0.90 in there and that seems to fix my speed problem I come across.
