In the SquadCast description, it offers the ability for the unused minutes to roll-over into the following month. It would be amazing is Descript offered this for it's transcription time as well. 
"Unused recording time rolls over automatically in your account. The rollover limit is twice the number of monthly recording hours included in your plan."

This would be very appreciated! As a compromise, you could take Squadcast's approach of banking up to 2x the monthly plan allowance.
