When I enter a stock clip or gif and want to resize and cut it, it automatically goes to the next clip. I cannot control it organically. I need a way for the clips to act in relation to the timeline while being controllable in the sense that I can cut and resize them - timewise - when needed. The only option is cutting the timeline video by slicing it and then adjusting the clip along those lines. If there is a way to do this, please let me know.
