Pin or lock words to wave form

When the transcript must be fixed, but the alignment isn't done correctly...
I would like to be able to click on a little lock or pin icon next to the words in the wave form. If they are aligned perfectly, I want to just pin them and not let the software move them. Then I want to type and have the system align those words within the boundaries of the fixed words that are pinned/locked already on the wave form.
I would also like to be able to drag a word without adjusting it's boundaries. Today we have to hold ctrl and drag the left boundary and then drag the right boundary also. Sometimes the words are smashed together, so I have to zoom....
I want to put my cursor in the script view, have that word highlighted with a pin option and the ability to drag it. If I drag it and it pushes other words to the left or right, I want those words to move and be re-aligned within the boundaries of where I move the word I am selecting.

Similar request from me. Much of the audio I transcribe is noisy or people taking over each other. I need the ability to lock word boundaries when making transcript edits so that nothing moves - AI transcribed words need to be pinned in place in relation to the waveform and then let me type what I need to in between. It happens a lot, so is very frustrating
