The current process for translating captions needs a lot of work. Having to adjust everything in the english version before translating and not being able to even add a captions track into the translated projects, let alone adjust anything project-wise, is simply not up to par. We should be able to adjust caption timing in any language. Underlord's answer to "use a different program" was tragically hilarious.
