Please can we un-mark this as complete? Dan the instructions you posted are helpful, but more of a workaround than being able to formally copy / drag / move compositions from project to project.

Incidentally, the only reason I am interested in being able to do this is because there is no way to 'export selected compositions' in a project. So I have to make a new project for each batch.

This is a very important feature for me. We were using projects as folders, essentially, with one composition per episode. Then inviting clients to the project so that they could review and suggest edits. But as the projects got too big, they stopped running well and frequently cause the software to freeze or crash (and it's frozen my whole computer twice). Now, I can't practically use those projects or retrieve the compositions we've already worked on.

Agreed! This also seems a necessary component of versioning. If we can't work on a previous version without overwriting other changes, there's not much value.
