More ways to extend tracks to fill scenes

When creating an audiogram or somewhat static youtube video that has captions, I'd like to freeze the last frame with the captions and extend the time out a couple of seconds so it doesn't abruptly stop and go blank.

when using storyboard and converting captured audio to AI voice overdub, align video specific to scenes is causing content gaps. This is probably because the AI voice timing is somewhat different than cadence of original audio voice. Need a way to make sure scene end with matched audio in an easy way. It would be nice to freeze video at end of scene and adjust based on audio being longer or shorter from previous edit. This is especially helpful for training videos over time where scripts need to be edited a bit to keep the content current. It would also be nice if the audio is the same and new video clip is inserted for a scene that some options are available to address when audio is longer than new video clip (no audio).
Again....to maintain training videos incremental updates to video/graphic content may happen independently to audio (script) updates. This happens often as products evolve release to release relative to features and product branding/nomenclature
