As it seems, soon you can only translate captions, but not anymore correct them if wrongly translated, if you have the creator plan or create a legacy plan. You are then obliged to publish in Videos with wrongly translated corrections, or pay a whopping surcharge to go to the business plan, which is almost the double!!

you should keep that in creator plan.
