I subscribed to describe when I needed the services in college and since then I have not been able to access my account to cancel my subscription and I've been getting charged monthly. My auto-saved password is not longer working and when I request help with my password it says an email as been send but I receive no emails and I cannot log in to cancel this subscription that I no longer need.
