Increase 10GB File Upload Limit for Non-Profit Plans

I was told the solution to this is to upgrade to a business plan and I am like we are in the non-profit sector and the current limits do not Match Modern Video Standards for a student that would be fine, but clubbing both of them together isn't helpful.
The current Non-Profit and Education plan mirrors the Hobbyist plan, which enforces a strict 10GB file upload limit. This limit is technologically outdated and blocks basic workflows. A standard 1-hour video recorded in 4K at 60fps on a modern smartphone easily exceeds 24GB.
Non-profits rely heavily on smartphone footage for digital marketing, social impact campaigns, and storytelling. The 10GB restriction renders the software practically unusable for standard workflows without forcing organizations to heavily compress footage externally first.
The purpose of a Non-Profit tier should be to empower organizations with limited funding to produce professional content. Funneling NPOs to the Business tier which explicitly excludes NPO discounts, defeats the purpose of having a dedicated Non-Profit program.
Please consider either:
- Increasing the base upload limit for all plans (including Hobbyist/NPO) to reflect current raw video file sizes.
- Applying the Non-Profit discount percentage to the Business tier so organizations can access usable file limits.
