Descript has keys to step forward and backward by a single frame which is useful for fine grained editing but horribly slow for navigation. Scene navigation is also not useful. Please add some keys that allow navigation by 5 seconds or something, and also a keystroke that would set the focus at the middle of the visible timeline as it is possible to scroll it but no way with keyboard to set the current location within the visible area.

Ctrl+ cursor goes by word, but only when script is selected.
