First of all your regular push buttons in the UI do not have any visual feedback when clicked. Not very good from a UX perspective.

This is especially a problem because when exporting, if the advanced section of the export dialog is expanded, when the export button is clicked at the bottom, the progress banner that indicates the export has started is actually completely hidden under the export dialog (at least on my 27" Mac Studio display).

Because the export button actually does not show any visual confirmation that the button was actually clicked, it's easy to think that it wasn't clicked and click it multiple times which starts multiple exports. Then I have to go and cancel the extra ones.
