Edit/Change Smart Transition Default Duration

Set a different default duration for smart transitions (perhaps in the preferences menu) so you don't have to use 3-4 clicks for every single transition... what a time waster.

Can't seem to get the duration to change to anything other than the default 25ms which is too fast and makes the scene transition look like a regular jump cut
