Disable auto-transcription in Rooms

I have the "Always ask before transcribing" option turned on. I noticed when I switched to using Rooms instead of Squadcast, my recordings automatically get transcribed. I do not want or need this. I like being able to control which recordings get transcribed, especially when there are transcription limits.
Please either add an option to disable automatic transcriptions in rooms, or have it obey the current "always ask..." setting.

Getting ready to migrate to Rooms from Squadcast. One thing that will be a problem is that we record, I take recordings and do some work on the audio in Audition. If using Rooms it's transcribing the guest and host track and I just wasted 2 hours of transcription time and will have to transcribe again anyway.
I have a few reasons for first going to audition with my audio. One is that I take a local Rodecaster Duo recording for the host with better audio quality. Work on it a bit, sync it to video and import video and audio into descript into a sequence, mute video... so when I ultimately export, I can export wav and mp3 as my best audio and then export mp4 for video with my best audio on it.
For the guest, the record qulaity is all over the place due to their setup and with bad audio I work on it in Audition then soemtimes to Adobe Podcast Enhance or other... sync it to video... import into descript... add to sequence... then I do our script editing.
I would be doubling my transcription times. Actually even worse for us and probably not the case for most people, I export our audio after script editing, send to a sound guy who mixes/levels for me. I take that, import it, transcribe it, fix transcription for vtt and my web site... That's actually three transcriptions then.
