It would be really useful if for audio projects the waveform time line showed as default. It would also be useful if the editing tool selection also didn't reset each time you open a new project. I Always use the RANGE tool, but this resets to SELECT each time a new project is launched (I think this is a recent change, I think the tool used to be sticky)
