Default brand colours

To extend the idea, if we could have multiple brands, each with a set of colours, that would be awesome. I run 2 sites so being able to easy choose between the sets of colours for each site's brand would be really helpful.

It would also be ideal if we could specify these colors as hexadecimal entries, i.e., #FFFFFF = White, etc.
