My file is 36 gb, that is not unreasonable for an mp4. I cannot justify the additional expense to my client for upgrading to the business plan.

Not allowing files over 20 gb on this plan is egregious, unfriendly and a huge turn off to a producer like me, who works with tons of different shows. I am an affiliate with you guys. I can't recommend you now in good faith because of this.

50gb I would understand. But 20gb is ridiculous.

Please consider changing this swiftly.
