Wth this isn't a thing yet?? Mine has been stuck at 18% for three hours and I can't even cancel to start over...

I accidentally dragged in two of the same file to a project (two very large ones). I realised my error straight away, and deleted one, but still they both continue to upload in the queue.
There is no way to remove one from the queue.
Seems a bit of a waste, and a pain as I cannot publish my project until they are bot finished!
Perhaps there should be de-duping too?

I wish I did not have to move back to Adobe, but this issue is operationally critical. You limit our transcription hours, but do not allow us to cancel processing. A simple error can result in a month long wait. That's a form of punishment. This thread is more about basic functionality than any sort of feature upgrade.

Is this really still not a thing? I found this on google while searching for how I can pause and continue uploads when I need. I didn't for a moment think I'd be discovering it wasn't possible. Darn 😅. PS: what's crazy is that you prioritised Underlord before this 🤷♂️

A little disappointed as this feels like something that should've been included early on. I too keep running into issues with the uploads not being needed or an accidental file being used. It slows down everything else. Please move this up to include asap.
