Currently, moving the position of a layer in the canvas (i.e. Move Forward, Move Backward) only applies to the selected scene. It would be helpful to have an option to apply those changes to all scenes, like the Apply to All Scenes button in the Properties Panel

The "Apply properties to all scenes" is available for some canvas elements like images, shapes, but it would be insanely helpful to extend this tool for everything. If I make a change in the position of a waveform and have 14 scenes, I have to manually adjust the position for each scene.

This is the default behavior as of v72
