--timecodes is an on/off flag. You can get timecodes at --timecode-on-paragraphs --timecode-on-speakers --speaker-labels changes --markers, but you can't get intervals. Intervals is REALLY useful. I use timestamps to drive a lot of things, from a guest profile analysis, social media, clipping, edit placements.
