Allow descriptions in addition to markers

Markers are great to separate sections. They feel like titles and oftentimes I'd love to add more details. There's currently no way to add any long form details to the section header (marker).

I like the marker system in Davinci Resolve.
1) It allows a marker to span time
2) It supports a keyword library (tagging of each marker for search later by topic)
3) It supports a searchable description for each marker title.
4) It allows an annotation on the video with the marker
5) It allows precise time codes (Descript doesn't let me put a marker anywhere in time, it only allows me to tie a marker to a textual element in the script). For example, if you want a chapter marker to be 2 seconds into the middle of a 4 second gap, that's not possible.
So, you get x and y coordinates for each marker plus a time code and span on the wave form view.
Commenting on a marker is a good idea too. Why not start a thread from any point in the text or any object in the video?
Thank you. Here are screenshots of the system in DaVinci Resolve.

Just another point about the annotations (drawings on the video). If it was possible to make a comment tied to an annotation, that would be helpful. If the annotation is moved the comment moves with it, etc.
And I think it would be nice if these concepts worked for inline comments as well as markers.
Every object (marker, comment, inline comment) should have the option of having an x, y coordinate. Not just arrows and boxes and text in the videos.
Every object should be able to float freely on the time coordinate as well. Meaning it should be possible to set a Marker, Comment, or Inline Comment to specific time code, even empty audio with no text to enable it to be precise during silent gaps.
