Allow adjusting length of entire video rather than one clip at a time

Please allow the user to adjust the length of the whole video rather than one clip at a time. Being able to edit each clip's length is great, however, it takes a long time to edit each clip's length if I want to let's say speed up the whole video to 1.25x, I'll have to 1.25x each clip within the video, which takes forever to do. This feature would save lots of time especially for long form videos.

I do class recaps at the beginning of my recordings and need the option of speeding up the full class to a short 15 clip to display what was done. If Descript had this option instead of only having 3x as the maximum option, this would help me avoid a download from zoom uploading to another platform, then uploading to Descript. Thanks
