Add scroll bar to speaker dropdown menu

If we have 12+ speakers in a composition, we can't access speakers at the bottom of the list as we add speaker labels because the dropdown menu is too long for the window screen.

The mouse scroll moves down the speaker list but when it gets near the bottom, the speaker list panel glitches and pops up. This makes it impossible to select the bottom of the list or to access the "manage speakers" option at the bottom of the list.
