Ability to export comments

Re-upping this. It's now 2024 and we need the ability to export comments from Descript in the .docx transcript. This should be a part of Descript's capacity and our workflow.

Or at least let us copy and paste the comments including time stamps! It's very helpful for keeping track of topics for documentation, or for creating show notes with time stamps. It's 2023 and we're still begging for this feature!

The ability to export timestamped comments (from the web-based pubication version) is essential in the following scenario:
Providing reviewers the web published version to comment on rather than the project version (a complex video editing interface).
However...
===============================================
- Inadvertently updating the web published version erases all comments made.
===============================================
NB.
Cutting and pasting timestamped comments, as has been suggested below as a workaround, is not possible from the web publicised version.
Someone with comment only access can only make comments in the project version on other people’s comments.
Unless you give someone project access, they cannot make comments on the web published version of a project and giving them this access sends them an invitation to the project version (not the web published version) which confuses them.
Editing after making comments does not adjust the time stamps of the comments ie they no longer cross refer to the ‘correct’ part of the transcript.

This is a necessary feature to collaborate with others without having them creating a paying account, in the podcast world that you cater to, we work with various people for each and every episode. If this feature is not part of descript, we will havo to switch to another option like sonix or happyscripe which we don't want to. please make this feature, it is a must-have not nice-to-have

Adding here for the group: I have just transcribed and exported the .docx files for 15 hours of video. My next step is attempting to import a list of scenes with timestamps into a Notion database so I can effectively collaborate with others around my company.
I was hoping I could create notes with descriptors for each scene and then export as a .csv. (This feature is available with frame.io.) The .csv would make it easy for me to have a timestamped scene list that is accessible to others in a tool we already use and without having to invite teammates who aren't video editors to video editing software.

Leaving this is 2023 to say that....c'mon! The people want this feature! Please make a priority.

Leaving this in 2022 to let you know this is still highly desired, and especially useful for Podcasters who want to leave comments on a transcript to turn into a narrative script.

This is a highly needed function, why has it been under review for so long?

This would be sooooo helpful for my written reports when reviewing student sessions for hypnotherapy training.

Is there any way we can get this as a higher priority, this would fix so much for me and my students?
