Preset sizes for screen recordings

If I need to do a screen recording at exactly 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080, that's pretty fiddly to do at the moment, even if I hold shift while selecting the screen area to record - letting go of the often mouse changes the value by 2px, and then you can't use shift again when correcting. I'd like to be able to have presets like 1920 x 1080 and be able to create/save presets.

I often record parts of my screen, whether it's a single window or a random section. Instead of manually selecting the area, which makes it difficult to get the right size, I'd like to be able to choose from predefined frames for 720p, 1080p, and 1440p. This would make it easy to set the desired recording resolution.

This would be excellent, esp for screen recordings so you know what will be in frame when you edit it for YouTube, etc.
Snagit allows you to do this and snap to certain common canvas sizes.
