Add multiple fades at once

Apply custom fades to multiple regions at once, rather than having to manually drag each fade individually.
I use Descript to create micro-content for my podcasting clients. These are often cut down to 60 seconds or 30 seconds, and we are cutting out umms breathes etc to keep it tight and engaging.
But I then have to manually add fades to all of these cut regions or I will sometimes get undesirable sounds due to the audio being cut off.
Would save me many hours if I could apply a standardized fade add a custom fade that would apply to all regions (e.g. .10sec fade out into .03second fade in). This is a basic feature of any professional editing software.

The same thing but with crossfading. And I'd like to have the ability to change the default 0.4s value to 0.1s somewhere.

Fade in/out transitions

I'm still new to Descript but am enjoying creating tutorials with it very much.
I like to have fade in/out on all my visual elements. It appears I have to do that for each and every video element separately. This is very time-consuming. Can there be a preference or at least a faster way to set fades in and out?

Please add Fade as an easy option for canvas animations. I found out you can do custom keyframes and change the Opacity, but a single button where you can edit the time to Fade In/Out would be so much easier.
