Please change the high-pitched beeping sound when beginning and ending recordings. It's a shock ot the brain and ears, especially for those with tinnitus.

The countdown timer is more than sufficient for recording, but if you want a beep it should be optional. AT THE VERY LEAST, the beep should NOT be part of the recording.

The recording beep is a shock to the brain. It should be softer, especially when wearing headphones and for those who have tinnitus or ear damage already.
Should be able to pause and resume the recording process.

This problem seems to have been resolved -- not sure, but this may have been part of what took place in Patch Release 91.0.4

I agree that the beep is very painful for tinnitus sufferers. I was referred to this request when I submitted a support ticket about the same issue. Classic mode doesn't beep, but they're discontinuing it in October, so we'll be stuck with this. I can't imagine that it would be very difficult to provide an on/off toggle for the beep, but these feature requests seem to be based on popularity. Without enough voters, I don't think they'll ever do anything about it.
