Stability. No new features for a year and fix all stability problems

Let's face it Descript is unreliable. One day everything works like a charm, the next day. It gets stuck at exporting. Another day, it gets stuck while editing, another day, it slows down for no reason.
This tells me the technical architecture is not good enough. It is easy with SAAS to add features after features to sell more. AGILE! AGILE = Half ass if not done correctly.

Stability, Please

Once again, Descript never fails to disappoint. Another outage. Another stuck video. More frustration. App does not work without an internet connection. Impossible to cancel a take or stop the upload of recordings. But we get a new color for the icon. And endless useless AI gimmicks. And constant user interface changes. It feels like Descript is run by a bunch of smart 20-year olds with no wisdom and no judgment. So we are stuck with an app that feels like it's in perpetual beta mode. Never stable. Never reliable. Constantly changing. Can you guys please finally get your act together and give a stable piece of software? And an app that functions locally and is not slave to the internet and to whatever totally unreliable servers you're using?

Focus less on new features and get things tight and solid

Every time I record an interview, I end up spending hours on fixing issues and glitches that are all software bugs. Literally I want no new features -- just want the basics to work.
Just work on the core workflows and make them perfect please.
