Ideally importing one of the standards exported by Frame.io. It's a very common platform used by teams and clients for to review content and capture time-coded comments as markers.

Chapter markers for YouTube are often done in a plain-text format for chapters to show up there (and Descript already creates these when publishing to YouTube). It would be great to be able to do the opposite process and import chapters that have been created elsewhere into an existing composition.
My use-case is manual processes, custom scripts, or other workflows that let you create markers as you're recording or after the fact, and then you want to bring them into a podcast or long video instead of having to add them by hand.
Here's a sample of YouTube chapters for other people's reference.
00:00 Start
01:45 Introduction
05:00 Hands-on coding
07:00 Outro
And another potential format to support is Adobe Audition's CSV markers.

Importing markers in a transcript would be useful for when we want to use the markers to name export files for marker-based exports, too.
