Allow automatic transcripts to be replaced

Currently, if you import audio and get it automatically transcribed, there is no option to replace that transcript with an outside transcript, or use that same audio file and have a blank composition.

You can now replace transcripts by clicking on the file's ellipsis in the media library.

You will still need to re-import a file if you want to have no transcript.
